Employee was installing roof bolts on the right side of the continuous miner. EE had completed drilling a hole and was pushing a roof bolt up in the hole when EE felt a ""pop"" in EE's right shoulder. No rules or regulations were violated and EE was wearing required PPE. Body failure performing normal job duty.
