Narrative

On 5/20/26 a contract laborer experienced discomfort in EE's groin while helping pull 4"" HDPE pipe into a return entry. On 5/21/26 EE was helping supply a section scoop and experienced more discomfort. EE was taken to a treatment center and diagnosed with a hernia.
