Miner was bolting up hog panel in the heading. When the miner started drilling the panel shifted causing the bolt driver and plate to come loose and fall towards the miners left forearm where the roof plate contacted EE's left forearm above the cuff of EE's glove resulting in a ""T"" laceration requiring sutures.
