Narrative

Employee was walking down the 800 Belt catwalk ""spotting"" a roller for change out, when EE slipped on loose coal spillage and fell backward on EE's left leg causing a fracture to EE's fibula bone. Employee is experienced and was wearing required PPE. No rules or regulations were violated.
