## Narrative

Employee attempted to exit incinerator, but the door was jammed. After several attempts to open the door, the employee utilized their shoulder and as a result felt a pop causing a lot of pain. The employee immediately notified their supervisor. The injury became reportable due to medical treatment given on 01/14/2026.
