Narrative

Employee was lifting a 54"" belt roller when EE felt pain in abdomen. EE was diagnosed with a hernia on 6/11/26 but continues to work without restriction. EE is scheduled to see a surgeon on 6/22/26 to see if it needs surgical repair.
