## Narrative

EE was in process of installing supplement roof support (cable bolts). When walking beside bolter, a piece of draw rock (2 'x 2'x 7"" thick) fell out striking EE in left leg. EE was transported to hospital where EE was checked and released to go home @ 8:45 am.
