## Narrative

Employee operating FEL pushing up material that had been scaled from roof in preparation for bolting the following day. A section of material (approx. 6'x8''x1') fell on the engine compartment of the loader. The impact jarred the machine & operator. Employee was seen at local ER & given these restrictions-""no heavy lifting or strenuous work"" and given a RTW date of 7/20/2026
