## Narrative

Employee was conducting an inspection of VSI Crusher prior to starting machine. While inspecting underneath the machine, EE was holding up the skirting and it slipped out of EE's grip. The metal crossbar on the skirting came into contact with the left side of EE's facial area, resulting in two lacerations around EEs left eyelid area. EE received 12 sutures to seal the lacerations.
