## Narrative

The employee was on the #1 section in the # 10 entry installing the last bolt for the cut when a piece of rock measuring 20""X8""X1"" fell striking the employee on the back of the left arm just above the elbow. Causing a 1.5-inch laceration. the entry was approximately 19.5 feet wide and 70 inches high. The employee received 6 sutures.
