Clinker Silo elevator become disabled approximately 130' with a contractor scaffolding employee in the elevator. The call to supervisor and safety was made. Employee was not injured and was doing ok communication by radio and cell phone. Employee was safely taken to the ground with a 150"" manlift with no injuries or further incident.
