Teammate was climbing up the mounting ladder on the 4000 with 2 small filters stuffed in between EE's coveralls and EE's shirt. Midway on the ladder EE stated EE felt a pop in EE's left knee, then a burn at the back of EE's knee. EE was observed limping after the incident. This did not become a reportable until 8/27/2026. When EE received a corticosteroid shot.
