Narrative

A mechanic was working to change a damaged hydraulic hose on a 4yd loader in the field. The mechanic was stepping away from the machine when EE lost EE's footing and fell backwards into the rib that EE was standing very near. The back of EE's hardhat contacted the rib and caused a 1"" laceration to the back of the head.
