## Narrative

EE was getting off loboy trailer going down some steps when EE slipped on the bottom step and fell to the ground. Injury was a report only at this time.  Injury became reportable when EE wanted to be seen due to back pains on 9/3/2026. EE's appointment date is scheduled on 9/14/2026.
