## Narrative

Employees were changing liners in a rollaway chute using a come-a-long. While lowering a liner, it caught on a lifting eye, creating slack in the chain. When another employee freed the liner, the slack tightened suddenly, pinching the employee's left pinky fingertip between the chain and chute frame. Leather gloves were worn.
