## Narrative

Employee was cleaning around a tail pulley at the fine grind plant when a small rock fell from overhead and struck their safety helmet.  The employee requested to see our occupational doctor two days later after a lingering mild headache. Employee was diagnosed with a mild concussion and placed on restricted duty of ""avoid kneeling, squatting, jumping, running, climbing"".
