Narrative

Miner was attempting to light a controlled fire on mine premises. EE made the decision to use a small amount of gasoline to aid in the ignition. The gasoline fumes ignited and burned both of EE's hands. EE was then transported to Adena ER in Waverly, OH to assess EE's injuries. This injury was not life threatening, nor was the fire un-planned.
