Employee was bolting in the #7 entry on the #3 section when a rock 4""X4""X1.5"" fell off the strap hitting the drill pot and then striking EE on the right cheek. the area was approx. 19' W and 8' H The employee received 3 sutures due to a small laceration on EE's right cheek.
