Narrative

A pin was being inserted into a crusher ram. One employee tapped the pin with a hammer while the hybrid (injured) held the ram in place. After two taps, the ram had slipped, pinching the hybrid's right pinky finger between the ram and pedestal causing a laceration requiring sutures to close.
