Employee was connecting 24"" perforated pipe with couplers on leach pad. On last pipe employee took out their personal knife to cut off the ends of the zip ties holding the coupler on the pipe, which was not the tool they were using on all the other pipes. Employee stated that their arm shifted slipping off the zip tie causing the knife to strike them in the leg. Small cut to leg.
