Narrative

While crossing the pipelines, the employee tripped over a pump cable running from the substation to the switchgear. Due to the operational setup and required location of the cable, it could not be permanently secured or removed from the area. The employee rolled their right ankle, heard a popping sound, experienced pain running up the leg, and fell to the ground.
