## Description

On June 22, 2020, the NRC issued a Notice of Violation to Bayou Inspection Services, Inc. (Licensee) for a Severity Level III violation. The violation involved the licensee's failure to file NRC Form 241, "Report of Proposed Activities in Non-Agreement States," at least three days prior to engaging in licensed activities within NRC jurisdiction, as required by 10 CFR 150.20.
