On May 1, 2026, the Company requested a hearing before the Panel to present its\nplan to evidence compliance with the Rule, which will stay any further action by the Staff at least until the hearing concludes and any\nexception period that may be granted by the Panel following the hearing expires.\n\n \n\nIf we fail to comply with\nthe continued listing standards of The Nasdaq Capital Market, we may be delisted and the price of our Common Stock, our ability to access\nthe capital markets and our financial condition could be negatively impacted.\n\n \n\n41"}
