Rental payments are due at the beginning of each month and increase at an annual escalation rate of\n4\n%. The base monthly rental rate is $\n2\n,\n159\n(R34,832). The interest rate underlying the obligation in the lease was 11% per annum.\n\nRent Pay’s offices are located at Centurion, South Africa and comprised of 2905 square feet. The South Africa offices are composed of reception area, two boardrooms, one sales and, support floor, an administration office and 3 separate offices for management and three toilets. There is also a fully fitted kitchen and entertainment area. The total office space currently is 2905 square feet."}
