Abstract
The Fiscal Service published in the Federal Registers of August 23, 1996, January 6, 1997 and April 11, 1997, documents revising regulations concerning book-entry Treasury bills, notes and bonds. This document corrects the amendatory instructions for two revisions to 31 CFR Part 356 and one in 31 CFR Part 357. This correction clarifies which provisions of 31 CFR 356.12(b), 356.17(b) and 357.20 are amended.
