Abstract
The Rural Electrification Administration (REA) hereby amends its pre-loan regulations for electric loans to incorporate changes to electric loan policies required by the Rural Electrification Loan Restructuring Act of 1993 (RELRA). This action will permit REA to make loans for demand side management (DSM), energy conservation programs, and on- and off-grid renewable energy systems.
