Abstract
This rule amends Food Stamp Program regulations to implement provisions contained in the Mickey Leland Memorial Domestic Hunger Relief Act of 1990 (the Leland Act) and the Food, Agriculture, Conservation, and Trade Act Amendments of 1991 that expand the criteria by which a resource can be considered inaccessible. It finalizes provisions in a proposed rule published in the Federal Register on October 20, 1994.
