Abstract
The Federal Crop Insurance Corporation (``FCIC'') hereby amends its General Administrative Regulations located at 7 CFR part 400 by adding subpart T. The intended effect of this interim rule is to provide noninsured producers, policyholders and insurance companies the policies and regulations applicable to the Catastrophic Risk Protection Program and provide other changes in FCIC insurance programs to comply with the statutory mandates of the Federal Crop Insurance Act as amended by the Federal Crop Insurance Reform Act of 1994.
