Abstract
This interim final rule revises the Plant Variety Protection Regulations to conform to changes made in the Plant Variety Protection Act (PVPA). The amendments to the PVPA become effective April 4, 1995. Fees are increased to recover the cost of administering the Act and to maintain the program as a fully user funded program.
