Abstract
This final rule adopts, without change, the proposed rule published in the Federal Register at 60 FR 55807 on November 3, 1995, allowing producers to extend maturing wheat, corn, grain sorghum, barley, oat, and rye price support loans during times of abnormal marketing conditions.
