Abstract
This final rule relaxes the container marking requirements for kiwifruit packed under the Federal marketing order for kiwifruit grown in California. This relaxation reduces the number of kiwifruit containers required to be marked with the lot stamp number. This rule reduces handling costs and provides more flexibility in kiwifruit packing operations.
