Vehicle Year/Make/Model: 2023 Chrysler Pacifica Plug-In   HybridVIN Number: [XXX]  Current Mileage: 51,607 miles  Incident Summary: While attempting to bring the vehicle to a complete stop in front of a Subway restaurant in Old Town, the vehicle failed to decelerate upon braking. Instead, it lunged forward unexpectedly without driver input and collided with the building structure. The check engine light did not illuminate until after the collision occurred.
