## Narrative
What component or system failed or malfunctioned, and is it available for inspection upon request? I purchased four tires from Belle Tires on April 1, 2026, 14 days ago (note: mileage at accident 10,776 vs mileage at tire purchase 10,360 or 416 miles of wear). Has the problem been reproduced or confirmed by a dealer or independent service center? I took the tire on it’s rim to the Belle dealer who
