The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, another vehicle slowed down in front of the vehicle, and the Forward Collision Avoidance system activated, the brakes engaged, and caused another vehicle behind to crash into the rear of the contact’s vehicle. No warning lights were illuminated. A Police report was not filed. No injuries were sustained. Medical attention was not needed. The air bags did not deploy.
