The contact owns a 2022 Alliance RV Valor. The contact stated that while the RV was hitched to the vehicle and traveling, the contact and her husband noticed an unusual odor. The RV was parked, and upon inspection, they observed a burned area and smoke coming from the roof-mounted solar panels. Further inspection revealed that the electrical wiring and attachments were burned and melted. Additionally, the ceiling and insulation were burned. The contact's husband disconnected all electrical appliances and wiring to prevent further damage. The burning odor was strong within the interior of the RV and caused both individuals to become nauseous from inhalation; however, no medical treatment was required.
