## Narrative
The FSD (full self driving) failed when it backed into my garage.  All passengers are safe, including my wife (pregnant), mother, and [XXX] child.  I was following the supervised FSD requirement by supervising the FSD with hands on steering wheel and foot on brake the whole time. The FSD left very little amount of time for me to react.
