## Narrative
The contact owns a 2024 Toyota Corolla. The contact stated that while idling at a stop, the vehicle was rear-ended. During the crash, the driver's seat unexpectedly reclined backwards, and the air bags failed to deploy. The contact received an on-site assessment by the paramedics but declined to be transported from the scene. The contact later sought medical attention for whiplash, a concussion, and neck and back pain. The other driver involved in the crash had not been injured. No Police report was filed.
