The contact stated that while slowly driving into a parking space and depressing the brake pedal, the vehicle unintendedly accelerated and drove over a curb and onto the sidewalk and crashed into a concrete wall. During the crash, there was severe front-end damage; however, the air bags failed to deploy. No injuries were reported. A Police report was not filed.
