## Narrative
The contact owns a 2017 Chevrolet City Express. The contact stated that while his sister’s husband was driving 65 MPH, the air bags deployed unexpectedly without impact. The contact’s sister sustained bruising to the shoulder and eardrum. In addition, the husband also sustained eardrum ringing due to the air bag deployment. No medical attention was required. No police report was filed. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 122,000.
