## Narrative
The contact owns a 2016 Ford Fusion. The contact received the recall notification letter for NHTSA Campaign Number: 25V695000 (Back Over Prevention). While reversing, the back over prevention screen went blank. The contact crashed into a parked Ford Escape approximately 20 feet away, due to the failure. There were no reported injuries.
