The contact owned a 2010 Mercury Milan. The contact stated that while driving at an undisclosed speed, the vehicle was involved in a crash. The contact was later taken to the local medical center. The contact sustained pain and bruises to the chest area, the left and right knees from the impact of the steering wheel, the middle back, and the left side hip. A Police report was filed. The vehicle was deemed a total loss by the insurance company. In addition, the contact stated that an unknown recall for the air bag was completed in 2025. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 160,000.
