## Narrative
2015 Honda Odyssey Touring Elite, VIN [XXX]. Vehicle was involved in a frontal collision on XXX. The driver's frontal airbag did not deploy. During the impact, I was thrown forward and struck the steering wheel. Additionally, a side/sliding door opened during the collision. The door was closed before the collision.
