I live in [XXX], where extreme temperatures and extended idling in traffic are normal driving conditions. The vehicle can operate normally and then experience a fuel-delivery-related failure after becoming hot. It may stall or fail to restart and can remain unable to start until it cools down. This makes the vehicle unpredictable and unsafe to operate because I cannot know when it will lose the ability to run or restart. This is especially dangerous in Phoenix traffic.
