## Narrative
The contact owned a 2017 Nissan Rogue Sport. The contact stated that while parking the vehicle in a parking space, the brake pedal was depressed; however, the vehicle accelerated unintendedly. The brake pedal was depressed with excessive force several times, but the vehicle failed to respond and crashed into the wall of a business. The Fire Department responded to the scene. The contact sustained body aches and neck pain the following day; however, medical assistance was not received. A Police report was filed. The vehicle was towed to a tow lot and was deemed a total loss by the insurance company after inspection. The failure mileage was approximately 90,000.
