The contact owns a 2013 Dodge Dart. The contact stated while the vehicle was parked, while entering the vehicle, the transmission independently shifted out of park. The vehicle rolled backwards and crashed into a parked utility truck. The vehicle sustained damages to the trunk and the rear passenger's side taillight was cracked. The contact stated that the vehicle was unsafe to drive.
