## Narrative
My 2022 Bronco Sport suffered a physical underhood engine fire due to Recall 25S76 / Campaign 25V467. Ford Corporate is refusing to provide a loaner vehicle or alternative transportation, leaving me stranded while the vehicle sits unrepairable at a Ford dealership awaiting a final hardware remedy that does not yet exist. We have also been denied the Ford Buy Back program even though we COULDNT and were BLOCKED to set a maintenance appointment for said recall to attempt to prevent this from happening because they do not have a permanent fix. The dealership and Progressive insurance want to  replace all burnt parts with the same defective recalled parts which should be illegal and is unsafe. We just want the means to get our family into a safe vehicle.
