## Narrative
The contact owns a 2020 Ram 1500. The contact stated that while the vehicle was parked, the contact's [XXX] daughter seated in the rear passenger’s side seat attempted to exit the vehicle and removed the seat belt. The contact’s daughter was holding on to the passenger's side front seat headrest and the headrest snapped forward, and the contact's [XXX] daughter was pinned between the head rest and the roof of the vehicle. The contact stated that upon exiting the vehicle, the contact became aware that the daughter's neck was bruised. The failure mileage was approximately 97,200.
