Pointing out a “safety body design flaw.” I own a 2025 Cadillac XT5 Sport vehicle. VIN# [XXX]. At the bottom of the all four doors is a plastic piece with sharp edges on the bottom. I have cut my leg on this safety issue and it needs to be corrected. I went by Red Nolan Cadillac, a franchised, factory authorized dealership in [XXX]. I pointed out the design flaw on XXX to Josh in the Service Department. He told me to go to Home Depot and buy some foam to cover the sharp edges. This idea is not working because the foam keeps falling off the plastic piece whenever I open or close the door.
