## Narrative
The contact owned a 2022 Chrysler Pacifica. The contact stated that while driving up to a four-way intersection at approximately 5 MPH, a second vehicle driving approximately 50 MPH crashed into the front driver’s side quarter panel of the vehicle. During the crash, no air bags inside the vehicle deployed. The driver sustained a brain contusion and was transported to the hospital. The second-row driver’s side passenger sustained lower back and neck strain, and the third-row driver’s side passenger sustained a head contusion. Both were later driven to the hospital for medical attention. The driver of the second vehicle also sustained unknown injuries and was transported to the hospital. The vehicle was destroyed and towed to a nearby storage facility. A Police report was filed at the scene but not provided. The failure mileage was 135,000.
