## Narrative
On October 7, 2026, at approximately 1:00 PM, I was driving through a gated entrance. Full Self-Driving (Supervised) was engaged when the vehicle made contact with the entrance gate arm/barrier, resulting in property damage. The apparent safety issue was that, while FSD (Supervised) was controlling the vehicle’s movement, the system did not prevent the vehicle from contacting the barrier. Afterward, the vehicle did not display or save the collision as a detected safety event. No one was injured. The incident nevertheless created a safety risk because the vehicle contacted a fixed barrier while the driver-assistance system was engaged. The issue has not yet been inspected or confirmed by Tesla or an independent service center. The vehicle is available for inspection upon request. I request that Tesla preserve and review any available data from the relevant time period, including FSD engagement status, vehicle speed, steering, braking and acceleration inputs, camera data, diagnostic logs, event data, and software-version information.
